QN: How long will it take Karibu Hotel to respond to my reservation request?

Answer: All requests will be handled in the order received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Typically, your confirmation should only take a few hours. However there can be delays. While we ask for 24 hours, it usually doesn't take that long. If you cannot wait, you may need to contact the hotel directly. Your reservation IS NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.

QN: I don't have 24 hours to wait for a confirmation. What can I do?

QN: Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?

Yes, the hotel does offer shuttle service to and from the airport. There may be a charge for this service.

QN: Our children will be with us... do they stay free?

Usually children under 12 stay for free in their parent's room using the existing bedding. The age requirement differs depending on the hotel’s policy.

QN: Is the room rate per person or per night?

The room rate is per night. The rate will reflect the number of persons you entered on the Search Form. It's for one person if you selected one person and it's for two people if you selected two people.
